Despite nearly missing the induction notification due to a scam suspicion, Hallice expressed gratitude and surprise upon receiving the honor. He fondly remembers the 1985 championship game against Bemidji State, reflecting on his emotional journey in sports. Balancing his law enforcement career with his passion for hockey, Hallice prioritizes family time while coaching youth hockey and softball teams.
